These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Silk Barbershop website located at https://www.silkbarbers.com.au/ (the "Website") and your appointments and received services with the business ("Services"). By accessing or using the Website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • You may use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

  • You may not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

3.2 Appointments:

  • You can book Services online through the Website, the Silk Barbers app, or by phone.

  • We require a valid name, email address, and phone number for booking Services.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services for any reason. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you of any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation policies apply. See Refund Policy.

3.3 Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices for Services are listed on the Website and may be subject to change.

  • We accept payment by cash, credit card, or debit card.

  • Payment is due in part online and/or at the completion of Service.

3.4 Disclaimer of Warranties:

  • The Website (and all content and information provided on the Website) and Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not warrant that the Website and Services will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

  • We do not warrant that the information provided via the Website and Services are accurate, complete, or reliable.

1. Product & Service Policy

Silk Barbers is committed to providing our customers with high-quality haircuts and services. However, we understand that there may be times when you are not satisfied with your service. In such cases, we offer the following refund policy:

1.1 Services:

  • Booking Management
    You can manage your appointments online through our booking system and our mobile app (download on App Store and Google Play). Please select services carefully to ensure the right amount of time is blocked out for your needs. If you didn't book a hair wash, please arrive with fresh hair (washed with no product and no hat hair) for your haircut to look its best.

 

  • Cancelations and No-shows
    We understand life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to be changed. Please give at least 24 hours' notice for any changes. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a 100% charge for the reserved service because it doesn't give your barber time to fill their chair. To protect our barbers' livelihoods, unexplained no-shows will be blocked from future bookings.

     

  • Client Satisfaction
    We do not offer refunds for services rendered. We are happy to make adjustments to your haircut during your appointment to ensure you are satisfied. It is important to us that our clients walk out feeling their best; so If you are unhappy with your haircut, please don't walk out smiling then leave us a bitter Google Review after leaving the barbershop. Instead, don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours to discuss a complimentary touch-up service. We value open communication and respect.

1.2 Products:

  • Unopened and unused retail products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund at our discretion.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

1.3 Gift Certificates and Loyalty Offers

  • Gift certificates and loyalty offers are non-refundable.
